Milk moms are superheroes

Breast milk is amazing. It has earned the nickname "liquid gold" for good reason! Aside from meeting all the nutritional needs of an infant it boost immunity, cures pink eye and ear infections, treats eczema and the list goes on. 

We would have been lost without donor milk when Luke was an infant so it only seemed natural to try and provide the same for Joshua for as long as we could. 

This is where I get to say GOD BLESS breast milk donors!!

Honestly, these women are angels on Earth. They spend extra time attached to a not so comfortable pump to be able to nourish babies in addition to their own and ask for nothing in return. Really ... these people exist!! And we love them to pieces. 

Joshua is the happiest and healthiest little baby and I firmly believe his milk moms play a big part in this. 

Joshua has made it to 4 months on breast milk alone!!

To all the mommies who have donated and continue to donate to this little guy, we love you! We appreciate you! We are indebted to you! 

Here's to what we hope will be another 8 months of liquid gold.
