Two Months

Can you believe it has been two months since this miracle was born?  We still pinch ourselves daily.  It is really hard to remember what our life was like without this piece of our hearts in it.  Now enough mushy stuff lets get to our second month together!

We had a really busy second month full of chiropractor visits, play dates and baby showers! It feels like time flew by and before we knew it we were back to taking his monthly picture!  Can you believe how big he's gotten?!

He has the sweetest personality and gets more expressive every day.  He wakes up in the best mood in the morning and we get LOTS of smiley pictures.  He has also discovered his tongue and started to baby babble which cracks us up. 

He is still sleeping in his swing and usually requires a swaddle and some white noise but sleep is sleep and we say with confidence that his so called "colic" is a thing of the past!

We had a few firsts this month.  His first low grade fever which resulted in a trip to Children's but was thankfully just a tummy virus.

And probably several others that a sleep deprived Mommy can't think of right now. We discovered that he LOVES football!  We put him in his bouncy seat by the TV and he laughed and smiled and kicked up a storm.

The first game he watched in his diaper and they lost so next game we came prepared!

The dogs are starting to take an interest in their future BFF this month.  It's so awesome to see them interact.

Honestly I could keep writing and sharing pictures forever.  Being parents is the best job on Earth and there is no way we could ever thank his birth mother enough for the incredible gift she has given us!
